Form Over Function masters design in a new way, by examining and challenging current ideas of what fashion is meant to be.  

 

Aesthetic value is placed at the core of design to reign over the neccesity of function.  Irony with a twist of wit paves the road less traveled.

 

Lauren Kacher is currently enrolled in the fashion design program at the University of Minnesota, residing in Minneapolis.  She seeks inspiration from indie music, punk culture, and travel.
